NOTE: The cemetery is on State Road 114, just west of the intersection of State Road 114 and State Road 5, about 6 miles south of the town of South Whitley. The Lutheran Church was built in the southeastern part of Cleveland Township in 1839 and was organized in 1840 with a membership of ten people.
