The Grand Army of the Republic (GAR) was a fraternal organization for Civil War veterans, formed in 1866. This is a listing of the deaths of GAR members in 1885, as reported by various Indiana GAR posts. This listing includes the name of the member who died, the name of their GAR post, and what quarter of 1885 the death was reported in.
