Society Management Seminar

The Indiana Genealogical Society will hold a seminar about digitizing records on Friday, April 7, 2017 at the Indiana Historical Society in Indianapolis. This seminar is geared towards educating the people who work with local genealogical organizations (such as societies and libraries) and is part of our pre-activities for the Conference. Registration is just $5 per person. If you are an officer of an organization that is designated as an IGS Chapter, you can get in for free - please mail in the Registration Form.

REGISTRATION: Register online for the seminar using the form below (we use PayPal), or print out and mail in the Registration Form.

PARKING: Free parking will be available in the society's parking lot (enter on New York Street).

LUNCH: Lunch is on your own. The IHS's Stardust Cafe, which is on the canal-level, will be open.

INDIANA LIBRARIANS: LEU credits have been approved - see session information below.

DIRECTIONS: The Indiana Historical Society is on the west side of downtown Indianapolis. Although their address is 450 W. Ohio Street, to enter the Society's free parking lot, you must enter via New York Street (one-way going east). West Street is a two-way street that borders the Society to the west. If going north, turn right onto New York Street; if going south, turn left onto New York Street.
