| __ North Central--Carroll, Cass, Elkhart, Fulton, Howard, Kosciusko, Marshall, Miami, St. Joseph and Wabash counties. |
| __ North East--Adams, Allen, Blackford, Dekalb, Grant, Huntington, Jay, Lagrange, Noble, Steuben, Wells and Whitley counties. |
| __ West Central--Clay, Fountain, Montgomery, Owen, Parke, Putnam, Vermillion and Vigo counties. |
| __ Central--Boone, Clinton, Hamilton, Hendricks, Johnson, Marion, Morgan and Tipton counties. |
| __ East Central--Delaware, Hancock, Henry, Madison, Randolph, Rush, Shelby and Wayne. |
| __ South West--Daviess, Dubois, Gibson, Greene, Knox, Martin, Perry, Pike, Posey, Spencer, Sullivan, Vanderburgh and Warrick counties. |
| __ South Central--Bartholomew, Brown, Clark, Crawford, Floyd, Harrison, Jackson, Lawrence, Monroe, Orange, Scott and Washington counties. |
| __ South East--Dearborn, Decatur, Fayette, Franklin, Jefferson, Jennings, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland and Union counties. |
| __ At Large--all members who reside outside Indiana. |
